At the Tommy Lasorda Heart Institute, a legendary cardiac program means a multidisciplinary team of clinicians utilizing the latest proven protocols for rapid response to heart attacks. A facility that features three state-of-the-art facilities for life-saving cardiac and vascular procedures. And it means having a caring and compassionate approach to providing world-class clinical care. Of course, it also requires physicians skilled in advanced technologies and procedures. It means having a depth and breadth of specialties – including complete cardiac and vascular programs.
Centinela Hospital is proud to be a referral center for treatment of STEMI (segment elevation myocardial infarction) heart attacks, which are one of the most serious types of heart attacks. This means doctors send their most critical heart patients to us.
